Shipping & Delivery

We endeavour to process your order same working day of receipt. All items are then dispatched by carrier (Royal Mail). In the case of special orders and items temporarily out of stock we will advise you of an estimated delivered date as soon as possible. All goods are subject to availability and all deliver dates are approximate. Please take into consideration when ordering from us, that we reserve the right to charge for any Re-Delivery attempts and Return to Sender charges.

Privacy & Security

We take your privacy and security very seriously. We do not store your credit or debit card details and use a secure checkout system through World Pay for your protection. We do not share your details with third parties, but we may choose to send you promotions if you have selected to be kept informed of newsletters, sales or promotions. This website does use cookies, by continuing to use the site is regarded as your acceptance.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

We happily provide a ‘No Quibble’ refund/returns policy for all items received back within 30 days of purchase (please note that your return postage is not included). For all clearance items we offer a 14 day refund, exchange or credit note for items received within the period from purchase. All goods must be returned in perfect, saleable condition, including any outer packaging of the product such as gift box.

Ordering

To order, simply choose the product you wish to buy, select the quantity and press add to cart/checkout. Complete the checkout process by guest checkout, register an account or login to an existing account. (Account holders benefit from notification of sales, promotions, customer loyalty schemes, your own account to check on orders). Delivery costs were applicable will be calculated on order, and displayed before you checkout. If you have registered an account you can login to ‘Your account’ to track the progress of your order.

Pricing, Promotions & Payment

We endeavour to ensure all prices are correct at the time of going to web; however they may be subject to change beyond our control. All payments are to made at the time of order by debit or credit card through our secure online payment gateway. Please note we do not accept cheques or postal orders. From time to time we do have promotions on our range of products and these are subject to 1st come 1st basis.
